When you report a problem

These details help us fix it fast:

Your phone or computer, and the browser (for example Chrome on Android).
What you pressed and what happened.
The language of your text and roughly how long it was.

Please do not send private text. A short made-up example that shows the problem is enough. Never send passwords, bank details or health information.

Before you write

Many answers are already in the tool FAQ and troubleshooting. For anything about the rest of the website, use our main contact page. Legal details are in the Impressum.

This page has no form, so nothing you type here is stored. Your email goes straight from your own mail app.
