Mind Tools

Money, work and family problems are real. But often the thing that keeps us stuck is quieter: an old belief, a harsh inner voice, a habit that runs on autopilot. These free tools help you work on that part — one small, honest step at a time.

Nichod (Hinglish)

Apni problem chuno, uska tool kholo. Ek waqt pe ek hi tool, kam se kam ek hafta. Soch badalti hai likhne aur roz ke chhote kaam se — sirf padhne se nahi.

Start with your problem

Which sentence sounds most like you this week? Tap it.

“I can never save — money always disappears”Belief Rewriter →Find the childhood sentence behind it and replace it with one you can believe, in 21 days.“I talk down to myself all day”Self-Talk Rewriter →Turn harsh inner sentences into calm, honest ones you would say to a friend.“I react badly — anger, panic, putting things off”6-Times Intention →A guided 5-minute practice with voice. One intention, six rounds, then seven evenings of notes.“I set goals and forget them by March”Vision Board Maker →Put your goals — what, when and why — on your phone's lock screen.“I work hard but I'm stuck at the same level”Plateau Breaker →Score how you practise and get a 4-week plan that targets your weak spot.“I start habits and drop them after a week”90-Day Wealth Habits Tracker →Track a few money habits every day for 90 days.

How to use these tools

  1. One tool, one goal, one week. Too many changes at once pull your attention in every direction.
  2. Write, don't just read. Every tool asks you to type or tick something. That is where change starts.
  3. Pair the thought with an action. A new sentence without a small daily action is just nice words.
  4. Look at your notes after 7 days. Your own notes are better proof than any video or promise.

Be honest about the limits

These are self-help exercises, not therapy and not magic. A calmer mind helps you act — it does not erase low pay, debt or illness. If you feel hopeless or unsafe, please talk to a doctor, a counsellor or someone you trust today.

Questions

Which mind tool should I start with?

Start with the problem you feel most often. Money disappears: Belief Rewriter. Harsh inner voice: Self-Talk Rewriter. Bad reactions or procrastination: 6-Times Intention. Forgotten goals: Vision Board Maker. Stuck at one level: Plateau Breaker.

Are these tools free?

Yes. Every tool on this page is free, needs no sign-up and runs in your browser. Notes and trackers are saved only on your own device.

Do these tools replace therapy?

No. They are self-help exercises for everyday habits and thinking. If you feel hopeless, very anxious or unsafe, please talk to a doctor, a counsellor or someone you trust.

How long until I notice a change?

Small changes often show within one to three weeks of daily practice. Lasting habits usually take about two months. Each tool has a short tracker so you can see real progress instead of guessing.

Can I use more than one tool at once?

Better not at the start. Pick one tool and one goal for at least a week. Too many changes at once scatter your attention.
