90-Day Wealth Habits Tracker

Seven small things, done most days, for ninety days. No secret code — just the quiet daily work that slowly changes how you think, who you know and what you can earn.

Nichod (Hinglish)

Ameeri koi gupt mantra nahi — roz ke chhote kaam hain. Saat mein se teen-chaar roz kar lo, 90 din tak. Ek din chhoot jaaye to koi baat nahi, bas lagaatar do din mat chhodo.

Your 90 days

Each square is a day. Darker = more habits done.

Evening journal (2 minutes)

Three honest questions. Your answers stay on this phone only.

The seven habits

  1. Quiet — 10 minutes without a screen. Think, plan, breathe.
  2. Learn — one new thing about money, work or a skill. A page, a video, a lesson.
  3. Picture — two minutes seeing your goal and the next step to it.
  4. One brave step — something a bit outside your comfort zone: a call, an application, a question.
  5. Connect — one message to someone who is ahead of you or thinks bigger.
  6. Give — help someone: an answer, a tip, an hour, a small amount.
  7. Energy — a walk, music, movement, enough sleep. Tired brains make poor money choices.

Why small habits beat big promises

Viral videos promise that one secret will change everything overnight. Real change is quieter. A person who learns one thing a day knows hundreds of new things in a year. A person who sends one message a week to someone ahead of them has fifty new conversations a year. Small, boring and repeated wins over big and rare — that is the whole idea behind this tracker, and behind books like Atomic Habits.

When to use it

How to read the answer

Look at the streak and the colour of the grid, not single days. Three or more habits on most days is a strong 90 days. If week three is pale, don't restart in shame — just do today.

Why 90 days and not 21? A study from University College London found it takes a median of about 66 days for a new habit to feel automatic — and anywhere from 18 to 254 days depending on the person.

What it cannot tell you

FAQ

How long does it take to build a habit?

Not 21 days. A 2009 UCL study found a median of about 66 days, from 18 to 254 depending on the person and habit.

Do I need all seven every day?

No. Start with two or three. Four out of seven on most days is strong. Missing one day is fine; missing many in a row is the danger.

Is my data saved?

Only in this browser on this phone. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Will these habits make me rich?

No habit guarantees money. They build skills, contacts, calm and better decisions — which make income and wealth more likely over years.
