6-Times Intention

A guided five-minute practice: calm the body, count down, and repeat one intention six times — each time with a different focus. Your phone can read it aloud so you can keep your eyes closed. Then track seven evenings.

Find a quiet place. Sit, don't lie down — or you may fall asleep.

What this tool does

It walks you through a short routine inspired by the Silva Method: three slow breaths with a moving circle, a gentle body relaxation, a countdown from ten to one, and then your one intention six times. Each round has its own focus — the words, the meaning, a real situation, what you will do, the feeling, and full attention. After that it brings you back slowly and stores a 7-day log on your phone.

When it is useful

How to read your log

Each evening you answer one question: "What did I do today that matched this intention?" Small answers count: "I waited two seconds before replying." After seven days, read all seven lines. Look for any change in how you reacted or what you started. If you see nothing, make the sentence more concrete ("I put my phone in the kitchen until 9") and run another week.

Questions

What does the 6-Times Intention tool do?

It guides you through a five-minute practice: slow breathing with a moving circle, relaxing the body, counting down from ten, and saying one intention six times with a different focus each round. Then it gives you a 7-day log with one evening question.

Can it read the steps aloud?

Yes. Choose Voice and your phone's built-in voice reads every step, so you can keep your eyes closed. Nothing is sent to any server. The voice quality depends on your phone.

What should my intention be?

One short sentence you can believe and act on today, for example: "I pause and breathe before I react." Avoid long lists and big claims. Keep the same sentence for at least seven days.

Is my log private?

Yes. Your intention and evening notes are saved only in this browser on your device. Clearing browser data deletes them.

Is this hypnosis or a medical treatment?

No. It is a short relaxation and focus exercise. It does not treat anxiety, depression or any illness. If relaxing brings up strong distress, stop and speak to a professional.
