What this tool does

It turns two to four goals into one clean picture, sized for a phone lock screen (1080 × 1920). Each goal shows what you want, by when and why — the three parts of a real goal — plus one first step for this week. The top part is left empty so your clock does not cover the goals.

When it is useful

How to use the result

Each time you unlock your phone, read one goal. Once a day, look a little longer — one minute, eyes closed, picture it done. Then do this week's step. When the step is done, come back, change it to the next one and download again. Your text stays saved on this device.

What it cannot do

Questions

How do I make a vision board on my phone?

Add up to four goals with what, by when and why, choose a colour theme and tap Download. Then set the image as your lock screen in your phone settings.

Why does each goal need a date and a reason?

A wish without a date never starts, and a goal without a reason is dropped when things get hard. The date tells you how fast to move; the reason keeps you moving.

Do vision boards really work?

They help you stay focused on a few clear goals. Research also shows that only dreaming can lower your drive to act, so this board includes a first step. Look at the board, then do the step.

Are my goals uploaded anywhere?

No. The image is drawn inside your browser. Your text is saved only on this device so you can edit it later.

How many goals should I put on it?

Two or three is ideal. Four is the maximum here on purpose. Too many goals pull your attention in too many directions.
